Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Senior Certificate) + National Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7)

Key Duties:

  • Process social grant applications

2. Senior Grants Administrators (Level 7) — 2 Posts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric + Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6)

  • 3 years' experience in Grants Administration

  • Computer literacy and valid driver’s license

Key Duties:

  • Approve or reject grant applications

  • Supervise junior staff and ensure compliance

  • Perform audits and handle escalations

  • Monitor grant processing workflows and quality


3. Team Leader: Grants Administration (Level 8) — 1 Post

  • Location: Dr JS Moroka Local Office, Nkangala District

  • Ref No: SAS/MPU/25/18

  • Salary: R397,116 – R467,790 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric + Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6/7)

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in Social Security

  • Computer literacy and valid driver’s license

  • Deep knowledge of SASSA mandates, legislation, and grant processes

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate and lead local office operations
