Fedics is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead our operations in Sezela, South Coast. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day catering activities, including staff supervision, food preparation, client relationships, and overall service delivery. ๐ง Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of catering operations for events and daily services

Manage the catering team, providing training, direction, and performance feedback

Ensure all food served meets company standards for quality, safety, and presentation

Develop and implement menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

Maintain inventory and ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and properly stored

Monitor food and labor costs to stay within budget

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards

Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Collaborate with the management team to streamline operations and improve service
