Fedics is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead our operations in Sezela, South Coast. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day catering activities, including staff supervision, food preparation, client relationships, and overall service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to lead a team and deliver excellent catering services.


๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of catering operations for events and daily services

  • Manage the catering team, providing training, direction, and performance feedback

  • Ensure all food served meets company standards for quality, safety, and presentation

  • Develop and implement menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and properly stored

  • Monitor food and labor costs to stay within budget

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards

  • Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

  • Collaborate with the management team to streamline operations and improve service
