As a Function Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional dishes for a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and large gatherings. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute high-quality meals for events, ensuring consistency and presentation standards

Coordinate with event planners and clients to meet menu requirements

Supervise kitchen staff during large functions to ensure smooth and efficient service

Manage kitchen operations during events, ensuring food is served on time and at optimal quality

Assist with menu planning and customization based on client preferences

Monitor inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available for functions

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Provide guidance and support to junior chefs and kitchen staff
