📌 Position Details

  • Position: Young Professionals in Training (Trainee)

  • Location: Durban Central

  • Duration: 24 months (full-time)

  • Citizenship: South African only

  • Age Requirement: 18–35 years

🎯 Position Purpose

The programme offers workplace exposure and structured learning in a professional environment, with support from experienced mentors and specialists.

📋 Position Outputs & Responsibilities

As a Young Professional in Training, you will:

  • Communicate with customers to understand needs, urgency, and progress updates.

  • Resolve queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Provide administrative, research, and project assistance.

  • Take work briefs from mentors to structure deliverables.

  • Work on individual and collaborative projects.

  • Produce high-quality work to inform project solutions.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required

Applicants must have:

  • BCom Honours Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Logistics OR

  • LLB Degree (Corporate and Governance) OR

  • Degree in Financial Information Systems OR

  • National Diploma / BCom in Internal Auditing or Accounting

  • 0–1 year work experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
