With active youth networks in 7 out of 9 provinces, Youth Capital is now expanding into Mpumalanga and the Northern Cape, and you could be the next leader to join the movement.

👥 What Is a Community Facilitator?

As a Community Facilitator, you'll be the link between local youth voices and national policy change. You'll lead conversations, gather real stories, and activate your community around the issues that matter most.

Your role includes:

  • Hosting monthly sessions on topics like education, employment, mental health, and skills development

  • Collecting stories and insights from young people in your community

  • Mobilising peers and creating safe spaces for discussion and collaboration

  • Contributing to Youth Capital’s national advocacy efforts

  • Growing as a youth leader through ongoing training and mentorship

✅ Who Should Apply?

Youth Capital is looking for leaders who are:

  • Aged 18–35 years old

  • Based in Mpumalanga or Northern Cape

  • Passionate about youth development and community leadership

  • Confident speakers and skilled in facilitating conversations

  • Already involved in local initiatives or advocacy work (preferred)
